How Did You Feel When You Were Moved From Cell to Cell?

The routine of prison is comforting to you. Anything outside of the routine is scary. You get into that psychological space where, by the end of my four weeks in that extreme solitary confinement box, i had figured out how to man my brain. So when i was removed from that cell and brought into a slightly larger one with a t b am tibe locked on one channel at one high volume, and couldn't turn it off, and didn't understand the language. It actually was worse to have that t v than without. But o, i guess it was some sort of reward in a way, am i don't know. I just freaked out. I didn't want to go
