Observing the Sensations of the Body
Find some internal experience that feels really comfortable, a place you could reside for a little while. Sometimes it's been the palms or the tops of my hands when I relax them on my legs. Other times if I put a hand on my heart center, it might be in that area. But there's so many different regions of the body, and just find one area that feels like a good place to continually return throughout your practice.
