The Importance of Self-Esteem
Self-esteem is how well you think of yourself. It can be subconscious or conscious or both, but it leads to so many potentially good or issues like boundary issues. For the majority, most of us struggle with deservingness more than we tend to naturally innately emit that from our subconscious especially. I'd love to get into a conversation about how the shame or guilt that that can lead to what we can do about that through DIs.
