Strategic Autonomy in Europe
In a europe could have strategic autonomy if it, if it organized its military spending more effectively. They would already have a very high degree of actual strategic autonomy. For 250 odd billion, which is what europe spends, you could actually have a potent military capacity. But instead they don't. And then there's all this talk about strategic autonomy in areas like, you know, protective face masks or something, or microcheps,. Which are just so damned difficult to do. Americans can't do them. So that tells you this is well nigh impossible to do and replicating that more than once anywhere en the planet is really difficult.
