What Is the Clinical Knowledge That Rules?

The problem with anything that you build really, isn't it? It's a prioritization, always. Someone always has to be your primary persona, but that also means that you exclude other people. The trick is finding ways to not exclude, of course. And that means just finding as many similarities as you can, diving deep. But I mean, if you build something that works really, really well for one group of people, other people will be able to learn it much easier than if you try to accommodate all the needs of all the people.
