How Can We Engage Black Men?

As a society, i think it's really important that we have caring, considerate, thoughtful conversation about what is going wrong with the men in our society. Where are we failing them? How can we create a society that is safer for all of us? Which means, how do we need to engage men, and in particular, white men? As a spiritual person, my take on this is, all cruelty comes from pain. And so if we can address the societal issue of pain, we have the opportunity to bring about healin.
