Twitter Violations of the California Labor Code

Twitter violated section two, two, seven dot three of the California label code by failing to provide eligible employees with their accrued vacation pay at termination. The Twitter purported purported to provide employees with unlimited time off and some employees actually received unlimited time off vacations required manager approval. Many employees were subjected to manager and closed caps on theoretically and limited vacation time.
