A lot of the stuff from that section is taken for hat. The way, and that we set it out in therapis, is that a value is like a path that you follow your whole life. So marathan becomes one of many possible goals along the way, but your value is to continue to be fit and healthy along the way. And so i think it's so important to do these regular sort of values checkins - just getting clarity on what does matter to me.
