Ha'ala: Letting go is not easy, but it is simple. If I'm constantly clinging to the memories of the past, I'm not enjoying the present moment. You can have some things that augment your experience of life, but ultimately, those things often get in the way of right now. Ha'ala: Big changes are always unpleasant, but that's not the same thing as it feels wrong to let go.
