The ultimate aim of the work is really just to get a sense of, you know, what are people's everyday experiences of WhatsApp. It will be interesting to see whether this kind of thing will tip the balance in terms of how people experience that ordinary digital space at WhatsApp. And yeah, I'm sure it's something that WhatsApp will be considering and recognizing the risks involved in changing the nature and feel of their product.
