I love this idea of what the scary thought. What can we ask ourselves that question and answer it honestly not just to ourselves but maybe to people around us right? We all have them and we're all allowed to have them. And if we bring up those scary thoughts and actually discuss them with each other and do it with curiosity. I mean yours is funny.
