The Uxbridge Win for the Conservatives
I think Boris Johnson did the government a great favour by resigning. I think there's almost no question that a very different campaign would not have delivered a win to the Conservatives. This is almost a uniquely wicked constituency to have the Ulez issue, really high amount of car ownership and it coming newly into the system. The Westminster Elite finds it too easy to forget that a lot of people are just in a very precarious financial position. They can get through what they can't take as a shock. So yeah, definitely Ulez.
