How to Build Self-Awareness in a Conversation
Self-awareness is key here because it helps you articulate and own your vulnerable parts. Many designers have this kind of fragile ego where it's very hard for them to say, I don't know how to get out of this or I'm not sure this is the best solution. So if you work on just being able to articulate these vulnerable moments and put them on the table, then people will most likely be more welcoming.
