The Role of Weight Variability in Weight Gain

The study looked at nine time points spread out over a long period of time. The average variability in BMI was 0.11 kilogram per meter squared per year. It might not be indicative of someone having this intentional amount of weight that they've lost a considerable weight, and then regain that back within a short space of time. And I think that is a crucial point that you bring up when we're thinking about what is a sufficient level of variability.
