It seems like the banks, I don't know if the lending standards are just incorrect, but to me, it just seems like there's a big gap in there. How is that being addressed by the market? Going back to your point, I think it's the regulations, mostly. The banks, they do have some money, they do want to lend. In the past two months, it changed a little bit with a couple of banks exiting the space."
