How to Transform an Evergreen Course

Our culture is constantly reinforcing this idea of the importance of outside expertise at the expense of internal personal experience. I want us to recognize how often our first impulse is to look outside of ourselves for guidance. And even though I am very aware of this tendency in myself, I still fall into it from time to time.
