The energy availability con conversation is so built into their curriculum and the minds of the practitioners that when I was in Brisbane last month, speaking at the annual conference, my presentation was on the recovery diet. And part of the rationale was this and I talked about a lot of these same concepts. The goal is to put fat back on and get to that point just when the diet started to get hard, basically, and then we slow it down.
