How to Deal With Anger

Anger can look like fight or flight, like Cor said earlier. Always try to get yourself away from a situation that's evoking the rage. Use your five senses where you can try to self-sues using calming techniques and any kind of calming stimuli. Sometimes it's just smiling, I know it sounds crazy, but if you force yourself to smile, it can sometimes change things.
