The Importance of Structure in Entrepreneurship

I think, you know, a big part of it is, so I was brought in to bring structure to an organization. So being able to understand that innovative cycle, but also understanding the need for structure. It's finding those cultural pieces that make your company tick that you want to actually build upon and not like crush. That you don't learn in those traditional avenues. But the combination would be very impactful.
