The CP USA maintains that the self-dun determination thesis is outdated and that black people do not meet the common turn's own definition of a nation. The party insists that decade after decade the fight for African American freedom was defined by combating Jim Crow segregation, Angela Davis says. But has voting boycotting sit-ins and strikes led to equality? "I don't know about you, but when I look around I'd say they haven't gone as very fucking far at all," he adds.
