You should spend at least 80% of your time doing those activities that are moving you toward your goals. One of the tools that I use is something that I call the time audit. So basically every top of the hour, you start noting down like how you spend your time on during the last hour. You know, a lot of people have no idea. They get to the end of their day and they're like, okay, I was busy today. But because they didn't track it, they didn't do a time audit. The automation flywheel is process of continuous improvement.
