"I feel that my skills are enough to warrant going to get hired somewhere else," Dom says. "It's just a lot of it feels like wasted time... very far back but now starting to realize it", he adds. "'How could I have gotten the full right scholarship and this is where I am?' It's always an immediate thought of just self-worth, probably not good enough."
