WHO a world health organization report I think it was estimating that something like 18 million women and 13 million children were involved in the e-waste industry on a global basis. "These are definitely the most marginalized people who are really livelihood depends on this kind of work just because they do not have an option to have other kinds of jobs," he says. The ultimate producer responsibility is to train this uh informal sector workers to ensure that at least the basic health and safety is there, writes Ogunlesi.
