The fifth thing i want to talk about is interruptions. And it's not just from your children. You need to either figure out kind of a way you are going to deal with, i'm setting up those boundaries and letting them know when you're working. I cannot tell you how many times i've been asked o babie at to pick up groceries, to run errands for people. So these strategies are really kind of save your sanity for sure.
