i think that all comes down to trust. Fabec really useful if you trust the person that's giving you fabac and i had a manager ho used to just give me fa back left, right in centre. And i didn't think his intentions were good. So it was like ther tha. It was not helpful at all. For me, when i've got a new staff member, my first three to six months, the only thing i give a shit abad is building a relationship. You can't ask them to do a task without context or push them into an uncomfortable space unless you built that trust. I would be trying to work on building that relationship.
