What I've really tried to stay away from are some of the crazy theories about correcting the subluxation or there's some sort of biomechanical dysfunction. And you're not changing the position of a structure, you're not fixing some malalignment. That never comes up in the conversation with the patient. So spending time looking at augmented exercises, which are often active, that also modulate their pain is imperative"
