How to Save Money on New Construction
This process was probably our fastest build. It took us, we started around August, we were done by Christmas. The biggest thing would just be not scheduling subcontractors ahead of time. If you wait until you're ready for them, then you call them. Well, there's half a month you just killed. So I think just staying on top of it is one of the biggest things you can do in, in new construction.
