Liquid democracy is a clever way of dodging the underlying dilemma that I was trying to point out right so either you have systems in which we do vote on everything all the time and we are actually expressing our voice in a very direct way. But it requires tremendous attention and time which most people are unwilling to avoid. So what something like liquid democracy says is hey you get a vote on everything but you can also delegate your vote.
