Was Everybody on Board With the Nuremberg Trial?
In the wake of World War II, I think pretty much everybody was on. Now since the people being prosecuted here are Nazis, it's not easy to care about like the fact that some of the things they did would be considered illegal in US courts. Charles Wiesansky, a federal judge in the US initially led the charge against the Nuremberg trials. He didn't want there to be trials because he worried about the precedent they might state and what could be done as a result.
