The Lord's Address to Adam and Eve

verse nine has become for me one of my, one of my favorite verses in this, this chapter. It's the very first question that God poses to humanity. He says, where are you? Now, think about this. God knows where they are. He doesn't approach Adam and Eve as the judge who's ready to condemn them to hell because of what they've done. They're hiding from him because now sin and, and fear and shame have taken overbecause they were built against his word. So he's beckoning them to, to come to him and to be treated as a father treats a, child as one who is welcome back and, and forgiven.
