The holders of tether don't have any claim on the accumulated profits. There's no regulation here, so they're not required to have a reserve. If if they lost even a small amount on their investments, on paper, it would be worth less than a dollar. And ther'd be like an incentive to cash. Also, solsius, this company that you mention, held a 30 million dollar funding around back in june 20 20, where tailor was the lead investor. So now you have more conflicts going on here.
