How to Start a Brand Consulting Agency

I wasn't entirely sure what like Agencies two things it's half brand or half talent management half like brand consulting. I really wanted there to be some impact driven work there But I didn't know how to do that. So I took on some early kind of consulting gigs that were supporting kind of cpg brands um some food brands things like that just because it was work and I needed to get some experience. Now we really slim down that piece and we really only work with Um right now we work with some race groups and bringing creators, which is really fun.
