There's been arguments that the disproportionate nature of the laws enforcing a force enforced against people who possessed cocaine versus people who possessed crack cocaine. Crack cocaine was something much more heavily used by black communities. And it carried, you know, much larger fines penalty is jealous sentences than cocaine. But there's a reason it has the effect, right? Because we've turned the black communities into what they are because of welfare policies and legacy of slavery and discrimination law or all this kind of stuff. It just happens to be that way.
