Cody: With the uncertainty in the market right now, when you're looking at a deal and you're trying to decide whether to wholesale it or fix it. He says if for whatever reason, you can't sell it for the price th you are hoping for, you could at least still hold it as a buy and hold rental. What would you say about that? Cevallos: I'm all for plan b. Me personally, i would probably fire sale of property and not make any money on it, then keep it and build out a rental portfolio.
