i'm just trying to build the right kinds of mass in my life. And that requires a sense of commitment. Right now i think we're like eight full time employees at rid a passage, and thats that'll be at least double by the end of the year. having that labor leverage is really good, so long as hiring people doesn't become a vanity metric.
