The housing market is heating up as homebuyer season comes back in full swing. For the past few months, most real estate investors have assumed that high interest rates and low inventory would stop first-time homebuyers from making offers on houses. But, most of us assumed wrong. At the start of this year, demand started picking back up, causing investors to pivot to get offers in quickly.
