How to Prioritize Talent in Your Back Courts

I think what I want to see from the best back courts is some level of fit, either offense and defense or both ideally, and then talent. The Celtics kind of fit into this compared to some other teams we'll look at. If you've got decent fit and you put a third all star player on the team, you don't even need a top 10 player, three all stars, good coaching, good role players. It's rare to have three or four all stars. We don't get a ton of the 2004 Detroit Pistons kind of model teams but historically, once you start stacking players at that level, you're really competitive.
