Is Biff a Good Solution for Solo Developers?

In the template, I have tailwind. That's what I use in my own projects and I think it's great. But again, as I get that's, it's just in the template, right? So if you don't like it, you can just switch it out. There's nothing in the actual Biff library that is related to CSS at all. Right.
