The Taliban have been increasingly repressive and rolling back more rights for women and girls. They are hugely dependent on international aid, billions and billions and billions of dollars to keep that place together. At the same time, sanctions always end up punishing the entire country. So I don't know what pressure you could put on them but they are certainly subject to some pressure.
