Maybe my overwhelm is coming from these unrealistic expectations that I'm holding of myself. Maybe what I really need is to delegate or ask for some help and allow it not just ask for help but actually allow and receive help. If you've been stagnant and haven't been in action around the things that you said you were gonna do, maybe your body is telling you something's off. And by sitting and thinking about it and then overthinking about it doesn't make you get any easier. It just increases the anxiety increase the overwhelm and doesn't accomplish the thing that needs to be done.
