The Lineage of Conscious Connected Breathing
There's two main kinds of breathwork. One is like pranayama which just means like consciously controlling the breath so Wim Hof or breathing exercises that you might do in a yoga class for example. Then there's another category where you're accessing more of the subconscious mind and the lineage Ed comes from is known as conscious connected Breathalyser (CCB) This is done for anywhere between 45 minutes to to sometimes up to two hours to music and it creates a journey. When someone loops their breath in this way it basically can bring up more subconscious material and people can have insights.
