The discussion sometimes isn't about comparing sis gender women to trans genter women and what advantages or disadvantages they might have. Transwomen are not the same as sis men. It's really kind of a sign that the law makers are kind of turning transgenr issues into a political issue that's got very little to do with the evidence.
