Is There a Change in the Russian Leadership?

i would say we are nearer to a change in the russian leadership than we have been in the last 22 ears. Are we talking about another year? Another two years? I think not more than that. Russia has a way of surprising itself and surprising the rest of the world. Every hundred years or so there is an explosion, something that emerges the bottom of society that demands to be heard, and it explodes. The last big one was obviously the russian revolution, as a hundred years ago. So it's about time to make some changes.
