I would like everyone to give that up laziness the way we think it exists in this society. It's a lie. Everybody wants to do a good job. And if your staff no longer wants toDo a good job, that is a symptom of an underlying problem and not a moral failing. Sometimes what that means is that people don't have what they need. They're lacking a skill or they're lacking support. There's something in their life outside of work. The third reason why people might have stopped wanting todo a good job is that they've been so damaged by their job that they've just sort of checked out. That is also management's fault. If everybody believed that
