Post-Mortem Psychosis Symptoms
In terms of post motem psychosis, simples from depression, they also tend to have differences in the time window in which they present. Spose porem depression tends to present within the first four weeks, within the first three months, sometimes even later. Post mortem psychosis tends to present much earlier. Wec presents quite rapidly. So if i know what a woman is at risk, i do tend to ask setical team to keep her for 72 hours just to really make sure that we get all the councilling and all tha e recommend s for psychotropic in place. And put the whole team, the mental team, in place around thiss family.
