I think Donald Trump is an opportunistic racist. In the end, it still makes him a racist. But he saw that he could stir up all of these buried sentiments and unleash them and profit from the people who believe those things. He could tap into... Instead of a swaging people's fear, which Obama sought to do, the Republicans wouldn't let him do it. I don't know if he's a racist like Orville Fobis was a racist or George Wallace was a racist. It doesn't matter. Those guys were born racist. They just hated Black people.
