I think that it can be therapeutic as an elimination diet in the short term. But when it comes to long term health, i we don't have any actual data looking at that type of diet. We do have a lot of data looking at frood components that that diet specifically eliminates like plants. And virtually all of that data points in the direction of a benefit. I think the data is rather clear that when you eat a low fibre diet, unless they supplement, you're going to slowly cause the extinction of bacteria.
