The developed world has this excess savings problem within the private sector, which requires that the government have to borrow and spend those funds. The public debt in most of these countries already pretty large. It's going to be a very long term issue. So I think that's the way we have to think about pursue the economy on the macro side. And on the structural side. During the what I call golden era where the return on capital is highest, highest at home. But once the manufacturers start moving away to cheap lower wage areas then what's left. Will require much higher levels of education.
