The things that are going to get you more reactive, these are the things that tend to distract me the most. So number one culprit I would probably say in the modern day is email. And I'm going to go with app notifications as the third thing. There's a lot of other things that will present themselves as urgent. But if stuff isn't really urgent, we need to basically separate that stuff out and provide a channel for it.
