The Challenges of a Catholic School in Wales
Closing the gap and making sure that all students have access to really high quality learning experiences is really important for us. I think those are definitely our concerns around equity and coherence so you know James started off this morning talking about that moral imperative and what we do while we do. We don't have the answers but value was absolutely one of our fundamental principles going into this and coherence and then trying to work out what those things mean in geography and how they're different, it's been a real challenge as well with AOLE groupings and faculties.
